Meet our founder
The vision of the DIA Foundation is inspired by Don Jones, a former senior insurance executive with a 33-year career leading service operations for Fortune 100 firms: Nationwide Insurance, MassMutual, and The Allstate Corp. Our founder brings extensive experience in translating strategy into operational execution, leading digital transformation, automation, and building global teams. As a board-facing partner, Don has a deep commitment to supporting tomorrow's leaders, bringing invaluable expertise to our mission.
Furthermore, Don founded DIA Foundation to honor the memory of his mother, Damaris Danois, and his grandmothers, Irene Benjamin and Ana Danois, whose love, sacrifice, and unwavering support inspired his commitment to pay it forward in service to others.
